Returns & Refunds Eligibility

• ✅ Accepted: Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days.
• ✅ Accepted: Defective products (e.g., LED not working, manufacturing flaws).
• ❌ Not Accepted: Custom-designed discs (unless defective).
• ❌ Not Accepted: Opened or used items (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Battery Notice

• The disc uses 3x LR44 batteries (non-rechargeable). Battery life may vary based on usage.
• Batteries are covered under defect warranty only if faulty upon arrival.

How to Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7–10 days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Warranty

We offer a [90-day] warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from misuse or wear and tear.
